Brevard students protest ICE actions in Viera on Presidents Day
A Melbourne High School senior says he was threatened with expulsion as walkouts protesting violence by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents took place at Brevard schools less than two weeks ago. That threat, Jack Apotsos says, is part of why he was out protesting on Feb. 16, joining a group of about 40 fellow students, parents and community members outside Brevard Public Schools' Educational Services Facility on Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera.
